About Woodcrafting Artist Uri Misrachi

Custom Woodcraft Artist in actionSchooled in fine art and sculpture, Mr. Uri Misrachi has over 40 years experience.

Uri excels in bringing advanced concepts and artistic beauty to all his projects. Whether modern reproduction of the classics or original pieces, he spends hours researching, designing, planning, drawing, and all else to ensure each is meticulously crafted.

Having used multi dimensional mediums such as wood, brass, bronze (and other metals), stone, clay, plaster, resin etc., in recent years, Uri’s focus has been primarily wood, with projects that include: gunstocks, pistol grips, mantel pieces, custom heirloom wooden boxes (often with inlays), cabinet doors, pipes, humidors, and much more.

Being a licensed contractor / finish carpenter (over 27 years in the construction business as a residential / commercial builder) has enabled him to hone his keen artistic abilities.
